On 21 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in Antelias at a solemn opening ceremony of an Independence Monument within the framework of the conference dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia’s Independence.
Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia Aram I, representatives from Armenia, the Diaspora and Artsakh attended the event.
