One of the factors securing peace and stability in the region is the armed forces of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, President Bako Sahakyan said in an interview with Lenta.
He said the likelihood of a new war depends on a number of factors.
“The crucial one is military capability of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army, as well as a clear position of the world community: military solution to the conflict is unacceptable,” Sahakyan said.
President added that large-scale hostilities and continued war will lead to cataclysm in the South Caucasus and worldwide.
