Istanbul Armenian Garo Paylan, who is a parliament member from the pro-Kurdish “Peoples’ Democratic Party” (HDP) of Turkey, sent written queries to Turkish PM Ahmet Davutoğlu, regarding the expropriation of the Surp (Saint) Giragos Armenian Church in Sur district of Diyarbakır city.
